Only eat peanut butter and crab and smear duck sauce on your feet before bed and you'll lose 20 lbs. in 4 weeks. Everyone wants it to happen right now. The truth is that with weight loss, (and everything else associated with this energy), there's a simple formula for achieving the results you desire. You just have to stick to the plan and be patient.

So as you go about your day, think about if you really are making things more complicated than they need to be. There really aren't any quick fixes. All of the value is in doing things the right way and ensuring that they don't become problems you'll have to pay attention to in the future. Best of luck.
