The ongoing energy is about challenges and what you can make of them. Most people are going to look for the path of least resistance, but while this might reduce the amount of stress you would have to deal with, you're really just avoiding problems that aren't going to go away on their own. This is actually a good time to deal with such things because people are going to be more open minded. Remember the goal here is problem resolution.

While this is going on, you also have to take into account that people are going to jump to their own conclusions. So no matter what you say, it doesn't mean others are going to “hear” it. They might say that they will, but this is where the mind is running on full cylinders, and while you're talking, others are probably not paying full attention because they are trapped in their own thoughts.

This has the potential to become problematic at times, but people will in general idealize things and assume the best. This has to be dealt with in two ways. First and foremost, you should use this time to get in good with others because they're going to think you can do things you might be able to accomplish (but maybe not as regularly as you like). It's a good time to win deals in a business sense. But the flipside of this energy is the second way things need to be handled: don't make promises you know you'll be unable to keep. Others are going to think you have superman like abilities. It's better to be up front about your own limitations than to leave them with high expectations, only to let them down later. So be real about things and you'll avoid many of the missteps others are prone to making. Best of luck.

Others might promise rewards in exchange for doing things, but if the payoff isn't that big and you have to work your butt off to fulfill the requirements, why should you bother? So take such things into consideration before making any agreements. You can use this time to find new ways to expand beyond your current capabilities as well, perhaps finding people who can assist your capacity to handle more on a day to day basis.
