This week there's going to be a tendency to outthink yourself. You can have a bunch of possibilities running through your head, often trying to plot out what others might do, but more often than not you're going to miss the obvious answer in search of something more “genius”. You can let the desire to prove others wrong trump the need for you to be right.

Also factoring into the mix is the need to establish your own place among your peers. There can be power struggles, and this means there can be an increase in gossip and mobilizing one group against another. It's important for you to watch your own back, but you also shouldn't go out there trying to destroy the people around you. When this happens, you yourself open yourself up to be a target.

In all, there can be an increase in the pressure in the situations going on around you, but you can choose to take the high road. Look to try to be a uniting force rather than a divisive one, and try to keep what's best for the group in mind. When you're working for the benefit of everybody, you're not going to have people trying to drag you down. Best of luck.

The ability to lead others takes a bit of a hit right now, especially if you try to be to blustery in the way you deal with things. Simple is going to work way better for you. There's also going to be a tendency to try and impose your will on groups of people, perhaps with good intentions but poor results. Others will care less about what you're trying to do and more about whether they had input in the decision or not.
