This sure is a wild chart because on the global/financial side of things there is the tensions of Pluto/Uranus that indicate the quest for greater power & control... You'll find example after example if you watch the telly-vision where others just seem to "go too far" or try to push others beyond their limits... I 'spose this can happen in our own personal lives too, in a much smaller scale... But just by being aware of it helps us to steer clear of the "high drama" and focus on the more productive parts of the energy.
There are a lot of overlooked energy patterns in effect today... The first is the Sun being connected to Cupid... That doesn't take rocket-science to figure what that one can mean.. hehe... And when something is important, the same themes are usually repeated somewhere else in the chart (so it cannot be overlooked) and in this case, we have Venus connected to Mars too... This energy isn't just about "love & romance" but more about creating lifetime friends & partners... This can indicate some form of "soul-mate connections... The events may not always seem positive at first either, so do not judge the outcome by what you see taking place at the current moment.
The Sun is also connected to Saturn today... And as bad as Saturn's reputation can be, it's only mission is to ensure our long term happiness and success... Many people will feel themselves being called into new directions as a result of this... A retrograde Saturn is there to expose any "paths without heart" or paths that are leading us towards disappointments or dead-ends... These can be rough to deal with, but then again, if we remain open & adaptable to changes, they can bring us to levels we never thought possible... This doesn't mean you can get reckless and go tell the boss to shove-off... hehe... But it is a damn good time to make plans and to be able to visualize the future you want for yourself.
