Remember, you have the power to make everything worse.

The key to the day is to focus on your communications with others. Even if things are frustrating, look for ways to be positive and make life easier for the people around you. You want to try to reduce chaos as much as possible. You also want to stay on task whenever there are things to get done. You might be allured by bigger plans and goals, but take care of your immediate responsibilities first. Once you have those cleared up, you can shift gears, but since things can have a tendency to pile up with energy like this, you want to make sure you don’t get overwhelmed.
