You might have other distractions that keep you from focusing on what you're doing as well. So you have to be your own manager here. If things are moving too fast, slow them down. If there are too many distractions, get rid of them. Just know the fastest way to get things done right now is to do them right the first time. Handle them, make them go away, then move on.
