Then, when you do things, get right to it and take it all the way till it's finished... And then rest before moving on to the next thing... It is very much like breathing where you get into the natural rhythm things will go much easier and you can get a hell of a lot more accomplished too.

This can also be a factor in conversations where some may feel the need to 'prove that they are right' or somehow dominate the conversations... (blah blah blah, you know the drill)... hehe...
