Our relationships might not progress much here either, though the big thing is to maintain open lines of communication with those around you. You don't want to get into this mentality where you think others are out to make your life miserable - any slights here are most likely unintentional. A lot of our interpretations about what others are doing can be driven by what we think they should be doing, but these ideas might not be aligned. There can be some added stress because of the things you need to accomplish, but that inherent sense of accountability should drive you to act consistently. Additionally, when you have clear goals and requirements, it takes a lot of the guesswork out of what you need to do. Others can judge you here based on results, so as long as you provide them, it should beneficially impact your relationships, especially on the business end.
