You might have some difficult situations thrust upon you, when you'd rather try to evade them. We're going to have to be more active with this chart than we might like, but the end result is going to get pieces moving and things changing. So in your relationships, try to think about things logically as opposed to emotionally and you'll tend to be more understanding of others.
