The current chart has a sort of us vs. them mentality to it. There can be things going on around us that are difficult to handle, but in team-based settings, you can rally behind each other a little more. Looking out only for yourself won't go over too well and it's the sort of things that can force people to be accountable. Otherwise, if the ship is going to go down, those sinking can try to make sure no one else is bailing on them. It's better to fight the common enemy than amongst ourselves.

It can still be an emotional period as well, though that's fading a little. Try to make decisions in the moment rather than based on lingering feelings. This is where people can get off track today - trying to make up for things that have happened before (occasionally retribution/payback sorts of deals), but it's better to just let things go and move on. If you try to talk a big game, people will start expecting you to back it up too. Keep things manageable, don't overpromise, and rally around problems with those on your side and you should be able to do alright today. Best of luck.

You can try to be buddy-buddy with the people around you today, though there can be some times where it comes across as somewhat phony. This energy does require a little more honesty about yourself, usually by becoming more accepting of your faults rather than trying to pretend they're not there. This can lead itself to the occasional escapism when things get tough too (overeating or addictive vices tend to spike during a transit like this). Accepting things for what they are and dealing with them isn't easy, but is better for you than being evasive and looking for comfort in other places, hoping problems dissolve on their own.
