The chart right now will do a pretty decent job of lining things up for us to do what we need to do. There might be the regular challenges to face here (especially with Mercury retro once again), but people will feel more motivated and energized when there's things to deal with. You can notice things falling into place more frequently today as well - a lot of the annoying steps we have to deal with work themselves out before hand.
Things are still moving behind the scenes, both on the world front and in our individual lives, so don't assume everything you're seeing right not is its final form or state. Much around us can still be in a state of flux and you can't totally predict how things are going to turn out. But for the most part, day-to-day events will tend to grease the wheels more than cause obstructions. So commit to getting stuff done (we can be very productive) and deal with any issues up front - kicking things down the line can make them harder to do later on. Best of luck.

There can be some restructuring in organizations you're a part of right now, and the ultimate goal is that you end up in roles that you're much better suited for. It doesn't necessarily have to be an elevation in status kind of thing though - it could just be that certain jobs or responsibilities get easier or you get to spend more time around people whose company you enjoy more. These are foundational elements that make getting through the more difficult bumps in the road more tolerable because your baseline appreciation and joy for what you do will be higher.
