At times we might want to throw our weight around, but today's energy tends to hit back when we do that. We can often learn where are limits are, which in itself will be frustrating. At the same time, knowing where you can push and where you need to be compliant can give you a better idea of what options you have available. If you're still facing problems after that, you will often be forced to look outside of the box for answers, and that's when progress is most likely.

Managing aggression should get a little easier as the day goes along though and some of the more stressful situations that have been going on lately should start to improve. Some situations will start making more sense to you as you think about them logically and with a longer-term perspective, rather than just caught up in the moment. While there can be tension in some of our relationships, today's also going to be an important day to try and get on the same page as others as much as you can - that will be tougher to do in the days ahead.
