Daily Horoscope for Gemini Summary

Our perceptions of what's going on around us are going to be distorted a bit here. Assumptions will tend to be off, data might be less reliable than normal (due to biases or errors in its collection), while other elements of information might be hidden as well. We'll make decisions based on what's in front of us, but because what's in front of us won't be the whole (or accurate) picture, this isn't a great time for decision making. If making decisions is a bad idea, then researching all of the things you need to know to make better decisions is the natural next step and that's where this energy will serve us the best.

This is also energy where it'll be important to slow things down and avoid impulsive choices. The things we'll immediately desire are things that will tend to work against us over the long haul. It's like buying a boat and using it one time, then dealing with the perpetual aftermath of having a boat. So as you go through the day, look past the moment of obtaining something to how it's going to change scenarios in your life afterwards. That might help you sniff out things you aren't fully committed to before you get in too deep. Best of luck.

The Daily Horoscope for Gemini

There might be some empty promises made here, which can come back to bite you when others want to take you up on them. In general, this is a bad time to misrepresent what you're capable of achieving. Many people out there will be looking for solutions right now, and hinting you might help when you can't only drags them further from the goal. If you aren't exactly sure of something (or are just throwing ideas out there to brainstorm), declare it to those around you. At least then they won't put infinite trust in what's said and can continue to keep their own wheels turning.

Today's Astrology Quote of the Day:
We are born at a given moment, in a given place and, like vintage years of wine, we have the qualities of the year and of the season of which we are born...

Daily Tao

Small country, few people
Let them have many weapons but not use them
Let the people regard death seriously
And not migrate far away

Although they have boats and chariots
They have no need to take them
Although they have armors and weapons
They have no need to display them

Let the people return to tying knots and using them
Savor their food, admire their clothes
Content in their homes, happy in their customs

Neighboring countries see one another
Hear the sounds of roosters and dogs from one another
The people, until they grow old and die
Do not go back and forth with one another
