When you think things are heading in the wrong direction, don't magnify that with your reactions. Be part of the solution, not the problem.

At the same time, while we can often feel pressed into action and want to avoid kneejerk responses, it's also a bad idea to sit around doing nothing. Be an active participant in how things develop today. Make decisions (even if you aren't totally sure how they'll turn out), but think things through enough so you can whittle down how many options there are to consider. When dealing with people, don't hold things against them, as that can be the biggest instigator of arguments. Knowing when to let go can save you a lot of stress. Overall, it can be a challenging day, but keeping focused on your goals and finding ways to manage any stress will help you make it through alright. Best of luck.
