We all get those emails that float around the internet... I got one yesterday that I thought was way-cool because it describes the core of our current energy patterns... Work with me on this... (ok daniel, please pass the olive before you begin)... hehehe...

Actor Lee Marvin is buried at Arlington National Cemetery... His marker gives his name, rank (PVT) and service  (USMC) Nothing  else... He is buried next to 3 & 4 Star Generals... Why?... It turns out that he was shot at the Landing of Iwo Jima & awarded "The Navy Cross"... This is what he said about it in an interview with Johnny Carson... Check this out!!...

Yeah,  yeah... I got shot square in the bottom (like Forrest Gump hehe...) and they gave me the Cross for securing a hot spot about halfway up Suribachi. Bad thing about getting shot up on a mountain is guys getting shot  hauling you down.... But, Johnny, at Iwo I served under the bravest man I ever knew... We both got the Cross the same day, but what he did for his Cross made mine look cheap in comparison. That dumb guy actually stood up on Red Beach and directed his troops to move forward and get the hell off the beach.  Bullets flying by, with mortar rounds landing everywhere and he stood there as the main target of gunfire so that he could get his men to safety. He did this on more than one occasion because his men's safety was more important than his own life. 

That  Sergeant and I have been lifelong friends. When they brought me off Suribachi I passed the Sergeant and he lit a smoke and passed it to me, lying on my belly on the litter and said, 'Where'd they  get you Lee?'  'Well Bob... if you make it home before me, tell Mom to sell the outhouse!'  Johnny, I'm not lying, Sergeant Keeshan was the bravest man I ever  knew.  The Sergeant's name is Bob Keeshan. You and the world know him as Captain Kangaroo.'

Don't-cha just love stories where people have the balls to reach beyond their own personal wants & desires & do what's in the best interest of everybody?... And end up doing extra-ordinary things?... That's the kind of energy we have now... It's there to rattle you at your deepest levels & ask you if you're a "one-way" person or if you'd be willing to go the extra mile for others if needed. Jupiter & Pluto aligned gives each of the potential to reach deep within ourselves & accomplish outstanding achievements.

It makes you wonder... The stock market is being destroyed... The life savings & retirements of regular guys are being taken away & being given to people/companies (bail-outs) who will ensure those in political power remain in power (Jupiter-Pluto)... We entered into the astrological "buy cycle" of the stock market back in January & the market should be soaring at this point... But it's tanking... My 84 year old neighbor was cryin' because we just got our new tax assessments & they went through the roof!!! We're already the highest taxed city in the country... They "taxed the rich" and all the companies have moved away... Buffalo is a freakin' boarded up ghost town... Zero growth... Whatever they're doing doesn't work... But they keep tryin' to ram-rod it down our throats... We thought we were getting change, but it's clear we're just getting screwed!!

It sounds so freakin' goofy... But where the hell are the Captain Kangaroo's??? hehehe... Where are the guys that'll stand tall & look out for regular guys like us?... We don't need "Big Brother"... We need the "Big Guy" and his "Big Spirit" and the freedom to create & succeed!!! hehee... Whatever... This is my rant for today... It destroys me inside to see great & awesome people like my Mom & my neighbors having to endure this madness when it's all about power & control. They try to blame "wall street" but history shows us it's usually the ones pointing the fingers are usually the ones most responsible... I'm tryin' hard to "Keep the Faith" today Moondogs... But Better Days & Higher Love are comin' soon...

Your challenge today is whether or not you'll allow your "ego" to get in the way & prevent you from doing what's in the best interest of everybody... Or, if you'll stubbornly adhere to ideology that you know is not true or valid. This energy has the potential to lift you to heights unheard of, but the universe isn't going to kiss your ass & do so without you having to personally grow & mature in mind, heart & soul. Kids think as kids, but this is very "grown up" type of realization. It's the ones that can go back & re-visit or re-think actions that make the difference.
