This weekend presents us with a time where we have “respect the process”. There can be urgency in the things we have to do, most likely because others can press us hard to have them done. But all the while, you have to let things run their course. The more you try to push things, the harder you’ll find that they become. So a little patience is in order.

There can also be some trouble in relationships, because each person is going to have their own individual agenda, and these can clash with those of the people around us. This can reveal some of the cracks in some of our bonds with others, so you might have to hash out some issues with such people.

On the surface, this might lead to some trouble spots in the routine things you have to accomplish, but part of this energy is about dealing with those things and coming to understandings with others around you. Everything can’t always go smoothly, and it’s times like this where you have to figure out ways to get through impasses and to come up with better working arrangements with your partners. Make it a point to deal with any confusion or disagreement up front, rather than avoid it, because if you do that, bad feelings can fester below the surface and create animosity later on down the line. Interactions with others will tend to be more work than anything else. This is a time where you might have to manage others’ egos and find ways to make compromises even though others aren’t really willing to budge. While conversing with certain people might make you a bit queasy, you still have to go in and say what needs to be said. You can always clear up the emotional side of things later, but for now you need to make sure that things are functionally being taken care of.
