The rules in the sky right now say we are just hours away (On the eve of the 7th) from the second in a series of four “Blood Moons” that span equally 6 months apart (the second two are next year). Blood Mood being sexy talk for a red hue to the moon that is seen as it blots out the sun…this is normal but there’s a lot of media hype right now bringing this phenomenon to attention as its been a long time since this kind of a phenomenon aligned with religious holidays (in this case, the Jewish feast of Tabernacles). The really cool part is knowing that as ancient as time undoubtedly is, what man has favored has shifted in and out of fashion- the plain fact is that the significance of planetary events applies to all and cannot be overlooked. Either way, we can expect our sensitivity to ramp up a bit in the ensuing days and this is a cue to give the added space and favor, a little bit of compassion and thoughtfulness can work magic at these times. The power of the sentiment and an honest concern for others cannot be overlooked right now.

Of course, this idea applies nearly double to the self…if there was a book called “Burn Out of the Blood Moon Tetrad”; it would become a best seller. The first of the Blood Moon’s was back in mid-April, and for many of those who haven’t been taking enough care, there may have been a general wearing of energy since then…herein lies the opportunity to correct this (bring the self into balance). What I am referring to goes much further than then generalized strife of modern life and operates on a much deeper level. This is the fascinating and important part…we are being drawn into greater engament with, and attunment to, the internal call to Be More……the wear is a simple reaction to the internal stress caused by Not answering our own calling. In a way it’s a simple as it gets, this is often what makes it the hardest. It can be so easy to gaze upon another and view a more perfect scenario for them, when it comes to the self, however, this information is usually clouded in a haze of “self blur”…hindsight may sometimes be 20-20 but “self sight” is often glimpsed with cloudy bi-foal’s (likely in need of a good cleaning! Hahaha). The “rules” then are simple, don’t ignore the self, listen to and know your animal instincts and impulses (and choose which one’s you fall prey to)- and always be scouting for that added layer (like a bursting, bulging onion)…this layer is the added information, the insights, the experiences we garner along the way, the True Essense that IS (and the only thing we truly posses & can “take with us”- so its worth taking care of!).

Enough rant then…someone needs to pass Me the olives now.

The Sun is in close proximity (in declination) to Uranus right now and this will hold through our ensuing Blood Moon. If I could pull all the strings and burn all the veils right now, I’d run and dive headfirst into the deluge of “that which stirs” …indulge in the holiday of the self, find a new spark. This is individual energy to all, only you know that fuel to which I refer. Get some.

The finer details convey a weekend full of rhythm and movement, but of a different order- this isn’t the kind of energy you can’t plan for, it can barely be planned around…and there is a calling to the self expression and when paired right, can lead to some healing and energy fueled connections with others. There is a definite kernel here that is found in future endeavors, this can easily be related to efforts of a communal nature…attitude is everything right now.

There is a load of energy ready to ignite our inspiration, the key here is to (Just Do it!) enter the scene with your ut-most, with your all, or don’t’ at all…if you can’t muster the full gamut, this is likely a sign that you need more internal fuel…a delicate balance but more easily achieved when you’ve tapped into Self Love (and this is a great time to Let It Show! Even if it’s just dancing in your living room naked like your 2 and you just don’t give a hoot*).
