This can tend to put the breaks on things, and this can get severely frustrating, especially for those who have little patience. These are the situations where things are liable to get borked and people will end up with a set of circumstances they can't undo. So be very careful.

At the same time, there will be those who look at situations grinding to a halt and asking "Why?". This is where people can reacclimate and pick up a new perspective on how things are operating. The solutions they can find will take time and thought to generate, but they'll tend to work out a lot better.

Feeding into this is the Mercury-Pluto connection, which can have people tinkering around with things. If something isn't working, there's a reason, and it's up to us to find that reason. This energy can be a big help because people aren't as likely to quit when things get tough, and at the same time, they also won't let things go until they've found the right solution.
