There are times where the chart creates situations that are ripe for innovation and this would definitely be one of them. There's going to be a willingness for people to discuss their problems and difficulties. Step one of solving a problem is admitting there's a problem in the first place - people should have no issues in getting that out of the way. Beyond that though, there's a more refined effort here to get to the bottom of problems. Saying something is wrong is only half the battle - if you actually want to fix something, you need to know why it's happening. This also becomes a lot easier here.

Then you get Uranus coming into the mix as well, which is going to have people looking at things from different perspectives. The old ways tend to be minimized or cast off, and people start considering entirely new options. If you look back, many of our best inventions and creations as a people come from those unwilling to think like everyone else. Going with everyone else's flow tends to lead to status quo - you know what you're going to get. Doing something a lot different gets you different results. Maybe it's a fail, but maybe it's a huge win too.

So overall, the energy today is about trying new things, experimenting and not being afraid to break the mold. Everyone's problems are different. But everytime you do something and don't get what you want, that's a data point. It shows you the things you shouldn't do. Trying something new can be brash, uncomfortable, and might have its own line of problems that go with it, but it also ultimately gets you closer to the goal. So if you hit a standstill on something, think of something opposite of what you've been doing and try that - see where it gets you. Best of luck.

You shouldn't feel a need to impress, and you aren't going to do or say a lot that might put a partner in an awkward position. Most of the action with you will tend to be more cerebral, revolving around how you think about things and the way you get to the core of issues. You can make good gains if you're focusing on areas of expertise. You also will have a way of getting people to abandon irrational claims.
