Thinking about things a little bit more than just a passing thought will go a long way towards avoiding troublesome scenarios.

You might have some sleep-related oddities here for a few days as well, so it's probably going to benefit you if you're earlier to bed than you might typically be. When you're over-tired, you can be ornery the following day, and it's those agitated conversations where we get frustrated that have the most potential to go poorly. So put less of an onus on pushing things, and more of one on preparedness and conserving your effort and energy for the times when you need it the most. Having confidence and energy is great, except for those situations when you overestimate them. This is what you can run into today, where in your mind things can chug along, but then reality can creep in and all of a sudden, you've run into a wall. It's going to be important that you're discussing the future with others here as that's the sort of thing that keeps you going. Areas where you're generally pretty strong can take a back seat right now, and you might have to tap into skills you don't use so much in order to get by.
