Right now we have the Sun moving opposite of Neptune, which can create a lot of sleeping difficulties. Make sure you get your rest when you have the opportunity, and you might have to spend more time resting to get adequate rest, so you might have to head to bed a little earlier than normal. Because fatigue often triggers this anyway, you really only have to go with it when you're out of energy - avoid trying to fight it off because you'll only slog through things, either for the remainder of the day, or even into the next.

That aside, this is when you might see a lot of people running into those existential crises that lead people to feel like there isn't a lot of point in doing much. That is something you need to fight against. Some situations will require you to just do something productive. You might not solve the problem entirely, but you can make some progress in some kind of direction. With the Sun making positive connections elsewhere, you can do a lot of good things here (most likely in the areas of correcting past mistakes), but a lot of the benefits will linger behind the scenes for a bit.
