We're currently in a stretch where it's increasingly important to look at the bigger picture. When we look at things from an individual perspective, there's only so much we can see. We all have our biases. We all have things we think constitute success, progress and indicators that we've been doing a good job. However, at times, especially like right now, these indicators and our biases can distract us from the bigger goals. It's these ideas and our attitudes about them that might actually be taking us further away from our goals.

With that in mind, if you come about situations where things aren't turning out as you hoped, stop thinking about your individual contributions. Think about what you're doing and how it impacts everything else that's going on. How are you fitting in to what others around you are doing? How valuable are the actions that you're taking? Are you making things more about you than everyone else?

This energy can benefit more from a "take two steps backward before taking a step forward" approach. Be your own worst critic first. Try to cut out a lot of the illusion and get down to what's really happening around you. Once you gain that understanding, it's a lot easier to be productive, get through challenges and work in teams with others. Best of luck.

You can be pretty dedicated to your various causes, but when it comes to more menial tasks and jobs, you can start to question how relevant doing them is to your larger goals. You can start to find a lot of the things you're presently doing to be pointless. That doesn't mean they are though, and you'd be wise to think about why certain things are necessary to accomplish. It's also going to be wise to keep a positive outlook whenever you face challenges, as there's a tendency to make mountains out of molehills, which can submarine your efforts to actually get things done.
