(especially in making agreements and commitments)... Obviously, with 4 of the outer planets retrograde, it is important to spell out all details in clear and precise ways.
The 'Libra-Moon' can be incredible for issues relating to love and romance too... (oooh-laa-laa)... hehe... It makes it easier to get to the real 'heart of the matter'...
