If you are willing to do this you will come out on the other side shining brightly, like a phoenix rising from the ashes. Meditation, yoga, crystal healing, astrology, and Tarot readings are all helpful practices during this time. These are wonderful tools to discover the secrets you are hiding from yourself. Be willing to find out who you really are, and you can live the life you were meant to live!
