At the same time, it is a reminder to us to 'stop what we are doing' and to listen closely to what others are saying... Ask questions too... You'll see a look of astonishment that you were listening and payin' attention.
With chart energy this good, it is easy to get a bit lazy or slack... So the idea is to 'pace yourself'... "Work a Little... Rest a Little"... There is also that quality that requires us to 'release' certain elements of the past too... Or to 'forgive, but not forget'...
