Daily Horoscope for Leo Summary

It's officially Summer!!!

It seemed to be a very cool spring in many places, winter just would not give up. But the warm temperatures have finally arrived and soon it will be HOT. The sun entered Cancer on Wednesday the 21st marking the longest daylight day of the year. Now the daylight hours will get shorter and shorter until the winter Solstice, the day when the dark hours are the longest. It is the same cycle every year. Although it seems that the years go faster and faster! 2023 is half over already!

Cancer is probably my favorite sign and time of year. Not just because I was born during this time, although summer birthdays are nice. But more because of what Cancer stands for. Motherhood, nurturing, home, family, sensitivity, and emotions. The moon rules Cancer and the tides. We are mostly water, and the moon affects our emotions as it waxes and wanes, becomes full and new and moves through all the different signs and houses. It is the fastest moving luminary, changing signs about every 2.5 days. If you have ever wondered why moods seem to change so quickly and so often, it is because of the speed of the moon! There is a challenging Mercury Neptune aspect on Sunday which causes deceptiveness. We can all be confused and easily manipulated. This is not a good day to make any big plans, sign contracts or make important decisions. Just let this day pass and make plans for afterwards.
