The current energy definitely feeds into a mindset of "break things down, build them back up". Some level of change is always going to be inevitable as we go through life, but right now a lot of the focus can be on things that need to change in order for us to move on. These often won't be smooth transitions either and the more we can try to fight to keep things the way we want, the more we can see that it just isn't going to work out that way.

So as you go through the day, you can't lose sight of "what's going to work" as you look to make changes in your day-to-day operations. Many can push for things they want to stubborn extents and a lot of people can take an extremely individualistic approach when it comes to working with others as well. But if it's clear you're on the road to nowhere with something that you're doing, get off it; too many people will cling to dreams for the sake of the fantasy behind them rather than because they're actually viable options. You can adapt in situations as long as you're pursuing something that's possible; you can build a great many things if you start from ground level. But it's the people who don't break down their ideas, hopes and dreams first who will struggle the most trying to fit pieces together than just don't go together. So be sensible and chase what's real. Best of luck.

You might try to build consensus with others today before doing things, but that's likely only going to hold you up. Others will typically approve your decisions if they work out (and object if they don't), so putting more focus on making sure your plans will work will be more effective than trying to rally support for a bad idea. If you're going to excel in an area, you will have to get more expertise in it anyway, so spending time looking into how to improve should be on your to-do list to begin with.
