Daily Horoscope for Leo Summary

People are going to be more locked into conversing today and while that can be good for socializing, you will occasionally need to snap people back into line when they drift off track. This is energy that's great for building personal relationships (often extending into the business areas of life), but it's not always going to be the best for locking in and taking care of the things that are needed. You might have to remind others of their responsibilities, and you might have to get reminded of your own here or there.

As far as responsibilities are concerned, the things on your to-do list today can seem challenging, and they're certainly not going to appeal very much to you. Finding the motivation to take care of what you need to will be the big hurdle of the day. So focus on making tasks go away as soon as you can - the freedom to do what you want can be a big carrot in front of the horse. Best of luck.

The Daily Horoscope for Leo

You'll be a little more susceptible to making concessions to others here, particularly when you're part of bigger groups. You can prioritize the outcome of the group over that of your own, which can be fine at times, but there might be others where you're just being taken advantage of. In terms of belonging, people tend to be averse to questioning their own "tribe" but this is one of those times where you might want to at least think about if said tribe still represents the things you want and the things you believe.

Daily Tao

High virtue is not virtuous
Therefore it has virtue
Low virtue never loses virtue
Therefore it has no virtue
High virtue takes no contrived action
And acts without agenda
Low virtue takes contrived action
And acts with agenda
High benevolence takes contrived action
And acts without agenda
High righteousness takes contrived action
And acts with agenda
High etiquette takes contrived action
And upon encountering no response
Uses arms to pull others

Therefore, the Tao is lost, and then virtue
Virtue is lost, and then benevolence
Benevolence is lost, and then righteousness
Righteousness is lost, and then etiquette
Those who have etiquette
are a thin shell of loyalty and sincerity
And the beginning of chaos
Those with foreknowledge
Are the flowers of the Tao
And the beginning of ignorance
Therefore the great person:
Abides in substance, and does not dwell on the thin shell
Abides in the real, and does not dwell on the flower
Thus they discard that and take this
