There can be a lot of misinformation floating around out there, some intentional, some by chance, but it's important that you disregard what you want to believe so you can find out what the truth is. Otherwise, there's plenty of opportunities to be led astray.

Solving the mental side of the energy is the biggest challenge here, so finding ways to boost your odds will help immensely. Getting enough rest is a good start (and you might need more sleep than normal) and eliminating distractions throughout the day will help a lot too. It's not a gimme, but locking in on your agenda drastically improves your odds of success. This isn't the easiest energy to get through, but when in doubt, look for ways to simplify what you're looking at. The best answers usually won't need any mental gymnastics to justify them. In conversations, you might be more passive and willing to accept what others have to say. You might be selling yourself short in some of these situations though, where you might be able to negotiate more or make a more compelling case than the one currently out there. It can be easy to give up "because it's not worth the effort of fighting for it", but often here, it actually will be.
