The other thing you want to focus on is continuing to move forward. Mercury is retro (and Saturn too), so there's going to be things that can draw your mind into the past. These are the sorts of things that can get your spirits down. Regrets might well up. But there isn't much you can do about the things that have already happened, only what is to come. The key to everything right now is going to be good communication. There might be some conversations you want to avoid because you're afraid others might come down on you, but in those situations, at least you'll have an opportunity to present your side of the argument.
