The current chart can keep tensions high at times, but overall it should be less stressful than what we've been used to over the last couple weeks. A lot of the stronger aspects have died down, leaving us primarily with Sun-Mars and Pluto-Jupiter.

The Sun-Mars connection is going to keep people acting aggressively and pushing for the things they want. It's a good time to get things done, and people will in general have more motivation and energy to get to work on things. Emotionally this can hit in two ways, where you can either get angry when things don't go your way or pumped up when they do. The trick is to keep things positive, as this will keep you moving forward. If you start complaining about others, these things can escalate into distracting squabbles that prevent you from getting ahead.

The Pluto-Jupiter connection will continue to linger for a while, and it can cause issues with your bigger aims and ambitions. People might struggle to define goals, or they might find their desire for things they once wanted starts to drop off hard. There's also a propensity to bail on things when they seem to get too difficult. It's a lot to work through, but at the same time, this is one of those transits that the universe asks us to "prove we really want something". It's an opportunity to back away, but it's also an opportunity to say to yourself, "I'm not going to let this stop me." So figure out what you want today and go after it. Don't stop because things get a little harder and let your determination shine through. There's the potential to achieve great things if you put your mind to it. Best of luck.

In practice, this can involve you getting others organized and forming tight groups with common goals. It'll be a good time to plan things out as well. You're going to want some individual credit for the things you achieve though, and this is something you're going to have to weigh against your organizations with others. If you press too hard for your own recognition, it might make your collective efforts with others less stable.
