You might have some sleep-related oddities here for a few days as well, so it's probably going to benefit you if you're earlier to bed than you might typically be. When you're over-tired, you can be ornery the following day, and it's those agitated conversations where we get frustrated that have the most potential to go poorly. So put less of an onus on pushing things, and more of one on preparedness and conserving your effort and energy for the times when you need it the most. One of the primary mistakes you can make here is the thought that merely discussing things substitutes for action. You might get your hopes up that you might be delivered from a tricky situation where you don't have to do much, but it's probably not going to be as easy as you think. There's still going to need to be some level of work you'll have to put in, and even worse, it needs to be self-driven. Even if nothing is forcing you forward though, you should dig deep and find ways to motivate yourself to get things done.
