This energy requires a bit of a "get to work" mentality. You might not feel like it, but there will be things that need to get done, and putting them off isn't going to get you anywhere. More importantly, you'll know that you have responsibilities and duties to take care of, so the longer you let things drag out, the more that type of thing will weigh on your mind. So it's going to be better to just tackle things early on - it will free you up for the rest of the day once you do and you'll feel much better when you do because that weight will be off your shoulders.

This is also where it might seem like you have some mighty hills to climb, but you've got to get started in order to do so. This where plans of action and keeping to schedules will come in very handy. When you have everything you need to do laid out in front of you, you can go through it like a checklist, which keeps you up to date on what still needs doing and the progress you're making along the way. Others around you can tend to be busy too, but if you collaborate on common tasks with others, you can get things done more efficiently. It's not the most exciting energy out there, but it's the type where you can get rooted and set up a good foundation for the days to come. Best of luck.

You're not going to have as much capability to control what others will do, so the best you can do is try to steer them in the right direction and hope for the best. That said, it will be a bit easier on you if you try to lead by example. If others see you doing one thing but saying another, they're going to start tuning you out. If it's important that others are following along, you might have to roll up your sleeves and get your arms dirty to set the right example.
