This can be a very important phase in people's lives, as in many ways the universe is putting people on the paths they need to be on moving ahead. A lot of the underlying themes will be change for the near future, and how those changes develop will depend on our current decisions and the day-to-day chart.

For today, we're going to have a lot more influence on the things we're currently involved in. Many of the long-term changes we are evolving towards can be difficult to stick with and that's the primary challenge we'll face today. In a lot of ways, it's seeing the long-term good over the short-term rush or fulfillment. There can be those temptations out there, lurking, but as long as you're adept at seeing them ahead of time, you can put yourself in good positions to avoid them. Being in the right place at the right time can have its benefits as well, so overall, this energy should be easier to manage when you're quick on your toes and prepared for a few different things to occur. Getting people to listen to you requires more than just speaking and maybe waving your hand around frantically to say "Look at me". There needs to be some substance there and often your actions need to back up your words. Today you can make the assumption that people need to listen to you just cause. A better mindset to have is that you need to earn their attention - doing that will put you in a stronger position to capture their interest and deliver a more well thought out message.
