I am watching all the smoke and listening to the commentaries from the Eastern parts of the US and Canada. 400 wildfires! Wow! The orange sky and daytime darkness! Unfortunately, we are all too familiar with this in the southwest. Wildfires and smoke are something we live with every year. Last year was particularly brutal. My prayers and sympathy to those going through this now. Especially as it is the first time many people have experienced it. Stay indoors as much as possible, as they recommend. Breathing the smoke is not only hazardous, but painful as well.

Pluto has been in Aquarius since March. It was only a brief visit, a taste of what will come in 2024 when it moves into Aquarius for a 20-year stay. What happened in March that might show us what we can expect? Well, Chat GPT launched. AI became available to the masses. And lots of attention was given to it by students, educators, creators and Congress. We may see the furor subside a bit as Pluto retrogrades into Capricorn to finish its work in destroying institutions so they can be recreated to improve our lives rather than destroying them. Governments, education, health care, and financial and have been targets for the wrecking ball of Pluto. It has been rough, but things will get better.

This weekend Venus squares Jupiter. Venus represents love, relationships, beauty, and harmony, while Jupiter signifies expansion, growth, opportunities, and good fortune. When these two planets form a square aspect, there can be tension, creating a need for balance and change.
