In a lot of cases, you have to bite your tongue and go with the flow, trying to get things over with. Some people won't have that level of patience and tolerance though, and you can quickly see how things can unravel for them if they go off at the wrong time.

Overall, this is a weather the storm kind of chart, though you can bond with others if you're enduring shared turmoil. Talking with others will also help you keep your eyes on long term goals too. A lot of your decisions today can be made based on principles, especially on the business end of things. The problem that creates here is you can end up being more unwilling to compromise, making it hard to see eye-to-eye with others. When you talk to people, it will generally come from a place of assertion, but you can also be knocked off balance whenever someone challenges your position on anything. Looking at things from a perspective of "trying to get to the bottom of them" will leave you open to many more possibilities.
