People are more prone to settling for the simplest answer that makes sense to them, often ignoring different rules and contexts that make something unable to work in a "one size fits all" kind of way.
While the solutions we're looking for seems complex, the way of going about it doesn't have to be. Usually it will simply be obtaining more knowledge, experience and skills. Those things solve a lot of problems on their own. The more nuance and depth you have in a subject, the easier you'll find it to navigate, while others might lag behind. Scenarios that feel like you're reinventing the wheel will start to drag on you here. You're going to want relationships and the things you do day-to-day to be pretty easy. A lot of this is going to come from better positioning though, as opposed to making wholesale changes to what you do. There can be times personality-wise here too where it's more "fake it to make it", and you're better off trying to shift so you can gravitate closer to people who'll appreciate the real you.
