Monday is my birthday! I thought this year I would give myself a birthday month! I've never done that, but I've heard it's lots of fun! Every day for a month you get a gift. So I decided I would do that for myself. I've forgotten a few times and so far have some vitamins, a bath rug and shower curtain rings. I really need to up my game! LOL!! I do have the day off from work so maybe I can go out and have some fun!

This weekend is a good time to slow down, enjoy the people around you, and appreciate the little things. Many people will find that simple momentsÃ¢ÂÂsharing a meal, taking a walk, or having a meaningful conversation-bring the greatest happiness. There is also a gentle reminder to let go of stress that can wait until Monday. Balance work, fun, and rest, and you'll head into the new week feeling recharged. Before the weekend ends, think of one thing you're thankful for and one goal you'd like to reach next week. Small steps often lead to the biggest changes.
