If you are consistently seeing things at random that bring your mind back to a time in the past, why are you continually drifting back to that time. Was it something that was left unresolved? Should you be making an attempt to rectify these past events in your life? Should you be seeing how a past mistake could influence your current life? It could be a number of these things, it will probably differ for everybody.

These emotional remembrances can end up being a major part of the rest of the week if you don’t keep your self preoccupied. Perhaps the stronger they are hitting you, the more important the message the spirit is trying to get across to you. So open your heart and your mind and try to find the answers you seek. No one is put through troubling situations for no reason, so try to grow as much as you can because of this.
