Understanding the Reptile Within...
Work with me on this... Think about bottled water... You can show people all the facts, and prove with the most clear & precise info & data... That most of the bottled water now being sold isn't really any better than what you get out of the faucet... Blah blah blah... You can provide all the facts & scientific proof needed to validate what you say... But in the end, it just won't matter... You'll still see people buying it because something inside them (the reptile within) overcomes truth, facts & logic & the buying decision is based upon a deeper emotional need or response.
Inside each of us is our inner reptile... That's the earthly half of our nature that at it's core level is mostly concerned with survival & procreation (sex & death)... The inner reptile is a combination of many factors in the chart... But perhaps one of the biggest indicators of how it works can be found in Saturn's position in your natal chart... Saturn's position in your natal chart indicates where you are the most vulnerable for "fear & insecurity"... So that's also where we tend to over-compensate & ignore truth or facts & allow our feelings & emotions to over-power the mind & it's decisions.
Saturn has now entered into the Sign of Libra & for the next two & a half years there is going to be a lot of emphasis & stress placed upon people's personal relationships... This is the universe's way of saying "You can't have things BOTH ways"... It tries like hell to removed the "double standards" we are often expected to tolerate & ignore... Lots of changes at the core positions of power are likely too as a result of this.
You can see this energy taking place in the Health Care bills... Where people of all political sides are saying... "Wait a second, we need some changes, but this thing is a joke"... Know what I mean? Just because we want & need affordable health care doesn't mean we need the gov to run it... And if they are going to run it, how do we know it'll be run efficiently or end up costing us even more (in taxes) and end up getting a lot less in return... Saturn in Libra causes the inner reptile to want to hold others accountable for their actions... And this energy has only just started... Just wait till it totally kicks in.
The best thing you can do right now is to lock it into your brain that there is a need to rise above that inner reptile & find the answers/solutions that are in everybody's best interests. When Saturn was in Virgo, the general public feared the facts/truth... Now that it's in Libra, they'll demand "balance" and get very upset when things get too one-sided. Anything that threatens personal "freedom" or "choice" can set off radically unexpected responses.
I'm here to tell ya's that there are a lot of changes coming... And they're not the ones that most people expected... (get ready)... That's it for now... Keep the Faith... Better Days & Higher Love are comin' soon...
