Ok, now that you know what YOU need to do... You can't realistically expect others to know what they should be doing... Trying to tell them will likely cause resistance or resentments... Not only that, but you can expect others to be highly critical too... All this means you're going to have to be extra patient & understanding if others are stressed & being jerky...
