Daily Horoscope for Pisces Summary

Maybe Henry Clay could save us, but he’s been dead a hundred and fifty years. You can see dissent rising here in the US. Watch the news (entertainment) media. Troll internet news site and read blogs, and read comments on blogs. On one hand, I’d say we as a people are becoming more informed than we’ve ever been, which is important, but on the other, we are not using the information to our best benefits. And there is a reason for this. It’s called winning.

Look at the debates emerging about hot-button topics. Immigration and Arizona’s law regarding the enforcement of it. Healthcare. The economy. Usage of government funds. The “Tea Party” trying to “take back” the country and liberals trying to give everything they could conceivably come up with away. But if you read the comments, listen to the rhetoric and hear what people are saying on the issues, it all comes back to “winning”.

Those engaged aren’t trying to solve problems, they are trying to win arguments. It’s large political and starts from the top down. Everyone wants to be “right”. In political circles, this makes sense because it’s about job preservation. But us, the common man, this has afflicted us and it further drives the wedge between people. It serves us no purpose. It only builds hard feelings and further cements the “team” mentality that afflicts political debate. That is what is wrong with politics in this day and age. It’s us versus them. It’s the same as sports only there are no balls.

This shortsighted view will crush us if it continues to snowball. There is a middle ground. There is a gray area. Henry Clay would have found it. Everyone is chasing the ideal, and it’s eminent in the astrology, but concession and cooperation are the only way to fix things. If we’re only trying to win, then we all lose. Best of luck.

The Daily Horoscope for Pisces

While making concessions in general is a positive thing to do under this energy, in your personal relationships you might feel as you are consistently the one giving in. That’s not the goal here, to lie down and be subservient. It’s all about balance. Make sure you and a partner are finding it and things should go well. Where you can often trip up the most though is in assuming you have to show off or “earn the praise” of a partner (or someone else you’d like to impress). The more you try, the more you’ll tend to fall flat on your face. Just be you and feel comfortable with who you are.
