This is fortunate, because this chart is about putting things together. Sun and Mars together are telling you, it's time to stop dragging ass, you need to get down to business. This could apply to work, but it could also apply to other areas of life where you've been reluctant to "make that first move".
You could sit back and play things passively, and surely the dynamic of your life situations could shift, based on what the people around you are doing. But this energy is going to reward those who take it upon themselves to put things into action. When you're out in front like that, you won't feel a drop in your personal energy, which means you can contribute more time and effort to the things you're pursuing.
