Some of the moments we run into over the course of life might not seem too important at the time, but over the long run have a pretty significant impact over the way we approach things on a regular basis. Today's energy carries that kind of gravity with it. We can develop little mantras as we go about our business things. It's like the old tenet that if you say something to yourself enough times, you'll start to believe it. And these little saying you can start today will form a backbone for your perspective moving forwards.
With this in mind, you want to keep things positive (which shouldn't be too hard given the nature of the energy). But a key component that many might have trouble with is taking things seriously. It's like when you open a fortune cookie, you laugh to yourself, "heh heh, that was novel" and then toss the fortune away, forgetting what it read after 5 seconds. But the energy is built on affirmation, so even if you have a great idea or great intent, it's useless if you don't repeat it or at least treat it with sincerity.
So repel any ideas that trying to improve yourself is kind of hokey. With belief more is possible. Give yourself the opportunity to harness such belief to your benefit. Best of luck.
