Mercury retrograde is always about "paying more attention to the details" and being focused on what you are doing, as you are doing it... Those that do this, will normally manage to slide through these times relatively un-touched...

What I love about these times is how easy it is for the Spirit to communicate directly with each of us... It does so through it's language of "Signs & Omens"... When powerful events or problems occur, you've got to pay attention to the "type" of the issue because whatever happens is normally a "mirror" of what is going on inside you at a very personal level... The idea is to look for repeated themes and then consider what "message" the Spirit might be trying to get through to you...

Mercury retro can be hard enough to deal with on it's own... But when you add in the fact that Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are retro too... Then you can be assured that there is a lot more going on than meets the eye... And with this collection of planets, I'm here to tell ya's that anything & everything can happen... Uranus can be explosive & cause the most unexpected actions... Neptune causes a fuzziness in "reality perception"... And Pluto is there to show you what happens when you take things too far... WOW... this can be WILD!! hehehe...

With a chart like this... I'd try to keep the energy very similar to cookin' outside on the grill... "Low & Slow"... (Hey, I'm a Libra... I think in terms of food)... hehe... Yeah... Keep the temperature low (energy) and refused to be rushed or hurried... Because that's when the madness is most likely to happen.

At the workplace, check/re-check all your work, facts & data for errors... The more you simplify and organize things, the better off you'll be... The idea is to prevent yourself from making extra work for yourself... Best of all, this is perfect energy for social activities.
