Neptune afflicted is always a wild ride, simply because of the things it can do the mind. People can be ready to believe anything, whether it’s true or not. The circumstances we deal with might be based on false information or assumptions that seem perfectly plausible given the moment, or what we “know” but make no sense in the grand scheme of things.

This weekend, Venus and the Sun each sit opposite of Neptune and this can wreak some havoc within our personal relationships (where we might think of people in a manner that completely clashes with their usual actions). Others might try to act differently around us, and in turn we can try to put on a show for different people. Things can become pretty fake, especially when impressions are involved.

Unfortunately, if you are the one trying to be real, this often leaves you as the proverbial “turd in the punchbowl”. Still, while you won’t appear to gain much ground in the immediate moment, if you keep it real, when everything shakes out, others will look at you with wonder as to how you were able to be two steps ahead of everyone else. With Mercury still retro and given the nature of this aspect, question everything. Look for definite facts, and don’t rely on hearsay to form your opinions. A lot of people can make goofball mistakes over the weekend, but you don’t have to be one of them as long as you are working within reality. Best of luck.

As much as you might want to micromanage the people around you, you must also accept that you can’t control everything others are going to do. This might drive you a little nuts at times, especially when others act in ways that make you feel uncomfortable. But you’ve got to let this go. Getting over-reactionary in response to others is only going them to encourage them to do more and more that gets you agitated. The more freedom you give the people around you, the more they’ll tend to stand in line with what you want out of them.
