As we head into the weekend, beware of some of the negativity that can seep into your conversations. It's a tougher time to stay positive because of the emotional state many of us will reside in, where it only takes one thing that doesn't go our way to turn the overall tide. In some instance this can lead to arguments, but more often than not it can lead to nagging or complaining that others don't really want to hear. So it's important to put petty thoughts behind you and save your criticisms for situations that actually need them.

On a bigger scale, we're also going to have some issues in career areas of life. There can be blockades to progress that arise, situations that discourage you from moving ahead or aspiring to more, as well as some situations that backfire and leave you worse off than when you started. So you have to navigate carefully. Know whose toes not to step on. Play it safe and you should be alright.

Above all, as you head into the weekend, try to be more cautious than you're normally used to. There's a lot of energy flying around there and people might not act as predictably as you'd expect. You want to stay on your toes and you always want to be prepared in case something unpleasant happens. In most cases the real key to making it through in good condition isn't what happens to you, but rather how you end up dealing with it. Best of luck.

Sometimes the desire to be productive and work hard just won't match up with your ability to actually perform the tasks, and this unfortunately is one of them. You can be underschooled in some of the things you have to get done here, which can create some difficult learning experiences. This is accentuated by the urgency you feel to get such tasks done.
