Daily Horoscope for Pisces Summary
It's "Black Friday"... Or technically it will be by the time most of your read this... (Members get to read the 'scopes a day in advance)... So this is actually being posted on Thanksgiving Morning... (yawn)... hehe... So even though I'm in the groove, I'm glad I have the 'scopes written so I can look forward to later on when the whole family gets together... And there are a lot of us too!! Want a bit of my family history??
Our name... "Dowd"... (ÃÂâ Dubhda) means "From the Dark"... We originally came from the Middle East and had "dark skin" that were brought in to protect the Kings of Ireland... Eventually, we "rose above" and ended up becoming the last Kings of Ireland...
A bit north of Dublin... There is a famous site called "Newgrange"... It was created about 5000 BC... (much older than Stonehenge) that has 3 main grass covered pyramids... Each one has an opening where the Sun will shine down a passage on the winter solstice and "illuminate" the center chamber... Newgrange is by far the most awesome... there is another called Knowth... And the third, that may go back to my family is called "Dowth"... It's pretty clear that they were astrologers... As they have a stone with "The Seven Suns" carved on them... Check it out... So who knows, perhaps that's why astrology has always been a natural language for me... It's like it's part of me that requires no effort.
Just writing down what a much greater power has already written in the stars.
Now days... We're a pretty tight family... On a day like today, just the immediate family and our kids (and grand-chillun's) add up to more than 50... So mealtime tends to be quite interesting... That's where the "pass the olives" line comes from...
So as you can see... I've completely lost my train of thought... hehehe... But I guess I just want to say thanks for stopping by... Happy Thanksgiving...
