So it's important to balance how much energy you spend on certain things. If you burn out doing something that's a bit of a hassle, you might not have anything left in the tank to take on things that you enjoy doing.

At the same time, there can be emotional surges that occur here. This is what makes it so important that you remain upbeat and positive about what you're doing. When you get in a rut, it's going to be tough to get out of it, simply because it's so easy to fall into a self-pitying pattern that becomes a bit of a downward spiral. On the flipside, if you stay motivated, stay moving and keep your spirits up, you're going to be able to accomplish more than you usually would. Winning the battle of your internal feelings is the most important thing you can do right now, so look at the bright side of your situations and you'll discover it's a lot easier to get by.
