Weekend Summary:

Its clear that the ancients worshiped the Sun. But it is not as clear (perhaps) that these people did not, in fact, worship the Sun as in the great ball of fire that we SEE, but they worshiped the Symbol of what they intuited the Sun meant. Not the physical thing, itself, at all, but the Power behind its awesome powers. Its also true that an event such as a solar eclipse was, to them a Great event (and still is, just given way less credit). It produced great fear as the belief was that it represented an entity (like a dragon) that had the power to remove the power of the Sun (or at least try)…today, we know this is not true, there is not dark force symbolized by the shadow of the moon that is working to kill the sun (at least we hope not! Though some would say there are likely some intergalactic spaceships that need the sun for fuel or who knows what else).

Never the less, it serves none the less as a powerful reminder, if only to our deeply buried ancestral and universal memories of the fact that this energy should not be taken for granted, though it may be just slightly so, that we do… So that is why I am Still talking about the solar eclipse for crying out loud. That and the fact that the power of this one is still reverberating…. As I’ve said before, energy is stretchy, it rolls about in waves and its effects cannot be said to be active this instant and not the next. So the key to a lot of what is going on right now is to pay close attention to the details affecting our own lives and to put in the hard work required to put them into perspective. There is a lot of forward momentum being built up and moving forward and it’s not necessarily likely to be the kind that can be acted on immediately, but the feeling is there. Let it simmer. Time to break the chains to the past, fearful or not.

The emotional element doesn’t really lessen as the weekend unfolds but it does shift focus. The key here is not to let our nerves get the best of us….they have a way of coloring the whole equation and this is exactly the kind of veil that isn’t needed at this time. In reality, this energy can be pure gold for those who are willing to cut ties, be bold, stand up for what is right No matter what. This energy tends to be a lot more personal than we may want it…there may be absolutely no recognition at all, other than the fact that you know, deep down inside, that you have made another great step forward on your own journey.
